Cant u believe it? We actually went to Chinatown again yesterday.

I met Dear at Cityhall after her Service n we head down to Chinatown Sq flee market. Dear was so fancinated with the flee market over there. I guess its her 1st time to c such old stuffs still on sale at cheap price. But actually Chinatown Sq is a place for toy collecters, esp on Sun. We went there to c toys. I saw my Kiva. But still i didnt buy. Instead Dear and i bought a pair of watches.



Sleek and stainless steel. Smooth leather stripe. Minimalist n contemporary design. Which only cost us $6 each. Ppl got couple ring. We got couple watch.

After buying, we walked back to Chinatown the market again. This time is lunch, but around 4pm. We ordered the famous Claypot rice over there which Dear recommanded. Waited for about 45 mins then we started to tucked in. It was gd. I even spotted mutton n beef soup stalls before we left the food market. Next time i'll try it.


We travelled all the way to Orchard after tat by MRT to return the DVD which we rented last time. N i also took a walk again at the TAKA toy fair. And Oh my God... all the stealth Bumblebee were gone. I saw alot on Fri morning n now all gone. Cannot imagine. We didnt shop long at TAKA. went to Dear's house soon after. Enjoying day.

We went to Chinatown this afternoon. These days I find interest in knitting. It's quite fun but really need lots of patience. So today we made a trip to People's Park Golden Dragon to buy another yarn and needles.

Baby loves to see toys so we also went to OG toys' section and Lucky Chinatown. Although I know nothing about toys, but he is always willing to share the knowledge with me. Sometimes, it's really nice listening to those "toy stories" and imagining how expensive those toys to be. He does not consider himself as a toy collector. He only buys them if he finds the character beautiful and definitely good workmanship. Indeed, he has quite a number of gorgeous collections at home.

Another reason why we were at Chinatown was to explore the newly reopened food market. There are so many good stalls and I managed to find those which I usually patronise - the "tau zang" stall, the "wu xiang stall", claypot rice stall and those famous steamed fish head. Cannot imagine that we ordered so much for two and we can managed to clear all of them. Haha!

We enjoyed so much and we said to be there again next week for dinner. Hee! Right, baby?

Baby, you must be very full till you can't smilezzz.... haha!

Thank you, Baby! I got a little surprise from Baby this afternoon. He bought me a blue bag.

Is it nice? I saw it twice at Orchard. This month, I'm trying to save money so never want to buy. But HE GOT IT FOR ME... Haha! Really very happy! I love to buy bags and shoes and of course I have quite a number of them now. Hee! My mum and sis said it's nice and reasonable price. Thanks, Baby!

We've been together for 4 months. And every mth we never fail to celebrate together for this occasion. We've been eating all kinds of buffet n steamboat for the past 3 mths, so we decided to try something diff this time. Al la Cart at Billy Bombers.

I ordered donno wat ribs n chicken set and Dear ordered donno wat Beef n fish set. Each set comes with a soup, the main course, dessert ice-cream n 1 USA lemonade. Both sets r great. Soups r creamy. Meats r tender n tasty. Ice-cream r sweet. Lemonade r sour. Check out the pics below. We had a great time eating together.





After eating, we decided to go to Suntec arcade n play basketball. Donno y suddenly Dear is so addicted to it. By the time we walked there, the arcade closed. Sad.... So went hm straight after that, but didnt send Dear hm straight. Instead we sat under a blk and cam-whoring. Lol. Check up my pic...

Finally i've gradated. The grad show was over. But somehow i'm not so happy. Cuz we Graphic Design is located on the 2nd floor which is kinda deserted compare to the gallery. Haiz, wat to do. Nvm at least i still got 2 jobs offer.

Met my Dear on Sat night after my grad show. We had dinner, shopping chit-chatting. We even watched late night movie at Subtec Eng Wah. The show started on 11.45pm. Before tat we sat around Starbucks, then sat outside suntec city. Dear used her eyeliner to draw on my hand, n i also drew on hers. Look wat have i drew... ahhahah



We watched... Sweet Rain 死神の精度.


The movie is kinda talkative. But takeshi inside is seductive loh. I also admiring my 小西真奈美 in the meantime. But her role inside was quite small n short. Overall the movie is quite bad. But not worth the wkend ticket price. My dear also fall aslp while watching... Mayb shes too tired.

While I was at the show, one man and lady approached Baby and wanted to see his portfolio. Such a good experience and exposure for Baby! 加油！

It was interesting to see how this show was presented and looking at how the students dressed and how they behaved… I suddenly missed my school days. I remembered my FYP project was selected to be displayed during my school’s IT Project Show. My project mates and I got to wear formal and introduced our works to those who approached us. Hmmm… really missed those days and that was five years ago. Damn… I’m old. Haha!

Guess wat? My dear Ju ju bought and gave me a name card holder for my grad show. Its not actually a real name card holder. Its juz a thick cover organizer. But my creative dear bought the pockets seperately n put together. I'll use it to hold the whole yr 3 of visual comm graduates' name cards. Thanks Dear.. i really love it...

Woo... Its labour Day! Dear n i went to Cityhall area to hunt for his cordless phone since her house 1 juz spoiled. We search high n low n she finally managed to find 1 piece which she likes at Carrefour. But the sad thing is it only left 1 piece n the box for it is badly damaged. So she decided not to buy.

As for dinner we finally tried the Hot Pot Culture at Marina Sq. Its a steamboat buffet. The food r nice. But kinda sianz after a few plates. Anyway below r the pics i have snapped.


Anyway today we r so happy n full. We even shop at her house area Pasa malam before she goes home. Happy Holiday.
