Yap, its true. I went early in the morning again to the convention to get the white version of the bearbrick. Juju also at the Suntec early in the morning. She got her church service.

I went to CSC by cabs with my friends. I bought a boxed "SDCC'07 glow in the dark version" Glommy Bear for only $25. This piece was only sold in last yr SDCC. N i also To-fu for only $28, but the convention selling the same piece at $40. Those ppl should buy from CSC instead. We took cab back to Suntec after buying t meet my Juju for lunch. She was patiently waiting for my return after her church service.

We rushed back to get my glow in the dark Gloomy signed. Juju Q with me, n i took pic of her with the designer.


After the whole convention thing we went to Juju's house, cuz her sis, Jane juz bought Samsung Omnia phone. I went to play play awhile. Hope she'll get use of windows based phone. Tried the phone till 8+ then we put our new Glow in the dark gloomy bear for a test. And here's wat it looks in the dark.



After tat we walked down to the food market to have our dinner. I ordered mutton soup n rice. Juju had porriage. And we both share a plate of fried oyster. Enjoyed our weekend.

Juju only came to meet me in the convention hall in the after. Cuz i went early in the morning to Q for the 1,000 limited Bearbrick. We also bought ourselves a Gloomy bear Bearbrick for $15 n got it signed by Mori Chack, the creator of Gloomy Bear. After signing, we both went to Q for the 5pm freebie.

After getting the freebie which was the "Blank" to-fu, we went to Millenium Walk food court. I dumped out all the freebies which i got for the day, n Juju took photos of them all. Take alook.






We actually intend to watch "10 Promises" but no near by cinema showing. So we went to The Cathay to rent "Vampire Bats" DVD from gramaphone. Juju actually wanted to rent "HELLBOY" but was rented out. We walked down further to have Long John Silver. And we saw 2 couple teens playing their new Samsung Omnia phones. So lame. Nowadays even teens also started to use pocket pc phone. Its like donno how to use also buy juz for the sake of "I own it too". After our dinner, we went back to watch the DVD.

Ok, Juju already blog wat we have been doing before n after the Toys and Comic Convention. Now let me tell more on the event itself...


We arrived with so many ppl over there eventhou its only opened for VIPs n media. So we took a shot of the artists graffti wall before we were allow to go.

Once in, Nintendo was the 1st large booth we saw. Many ppl were trying out the DS & WII games. Baby n me only play awhile before we go roamed to other booths to explore. Booths on dolls, Designers' toys, local toys, comics n local toys shops were there.







Have fun for about 1 and a half hr before we went off. We bought nothing. But after the 3 days event, our greatest regret is not buying the the pink color gloomy bear n let it sign on the preview night. Cuz pink color was sold out on Sat, n other colors soon after.

Ah Ju says:

I took leave on Friday... just wanna relax. Hee! I made some chicken mayo sandwiches for Baby and we had that for our lunch. The whole Friday was packed with programs. Baby went to Mount Elizabeth to consult his doctor. We caught a movie - Wanted and made our way down to Far East. From there, we travelled to Suntec Convention Centre to attend the Singapore Toys and Comics Convention Preview Night. What a day!! Haha!



I realised a change in Baby... he is more used to taking photos now and taking more and more each time. Hee! I'm so happy!!

Ah Ju says:

Both of us had a wonderful time with Joawen and Jane last Saturday. It was also a belated birthday treat for Joawen. We had steamboat (ya, again) and at the same place we had the last time. It's cheaper, nice and wide varieties of food choices. And it's so much fun to have more people eating together. This time, the soup base we chose was tom yam and chicken soup. Tom yam is very tasty, so much better than ma la soup base. You should try to cook tau pok with tom yam... Aiyo... I tell you... you will want more and more. Haha!




If I'm not wrong, this was Baby's second time having dinner with my two "lovely" sisters. I really appreciate and see his efforts of making small talks with them. Now he even asks them questions. He used to be very quiet and shy but now he learnt to open up. How nice... I'm enjoying every moments with him more and more each day. Love you!

Time flies. Once again its 19th of every mth. And its our 5th Lovesary. Every time of this day, Juju n I always eat gd food too pamper our love. After watching "HULK" alone int the afternoon at Cine, i walked down to PS to meet Juju. We went to GV to buy our night movie. Thx to my VISA Platinum card, we were able to Q at the express booth. Last night we had Ichiban Sushi at PS . Eventhou is Ala cart but we both still ate till full full de. Mayb becuz i drank too much soup liao. Their soup is juz so tasty tat i can't resist.




After our dinner, we went to the arcade to play basketball again. Our common sport/game in the arcade. Lolz. After our game movie, ts time for our movie.. "Shaolin Girl". Omg, the movie plot is horrible. Anyway i juz wan to c my idol, Kou Shibasaki. After the movie is already almost midnight. Thank god, there was still bus service. So we went hm.

Got Juju's new bought Camera hm, Cuz there's something wrong with it. So i need to make a trip to Sim Lim soon. Hope can 1 to 1 exchange for a new camera since still within the 7 days. Baby also gave me this Couple which she rec from her birthday present. N now this couple is sitting happily on my Lcd monitor.

Finally my baby Juju was back from Batam trip yester. Eventhou it was juz a 1 day trip for her, but i still miss her n worried about her safety. Esp the night n the next day morning which i didnt rec any gd night or morning sms from her.

So, went to Harbour Front to pick her, Helped her carried all her buyings to her house. Her buyings mostly r food n snacks. But of cuz she bought something for me. Black Polo-T! Actually 2. One black n 1 grey. Juz nice for me as my old Bossini polo juz got a big hole. Ok back to the new Polos...It fits well on me. The cutting also way better than the Bossini. I love it. And i'm gonna wear before its 1st wash.

So, we went back to her house chit-chatting about her trip. N her sis bought a new camera for the PC Show. Alot of freebis came along with it. They gave her 2 SDHC 4GB card. OMG!!! Hehehe i took 1 card back to try on my MP3 player c if it can support. Cuz my player using SD card n now only 2GB. Thought can expand till 4GB n so happy. But SAD la... my player cant read the SDHC.

I also got 1 cable for Juju since she got extras. This cable is for my camera cuz i've lost mine. Thought can use hers so tat my camera XD card will not spoil easily. But the cable also cannot use on my camera.... The pin doesnt match! Sad...

Looks like only the Polos fit me. But the happiest moment is when i c my Juju at the Harbour. Glad tat she came back safe n sound. Love u!

Went to cityhall area with Juju after her work cuz she wans to check up the super cheap deal of Canon Ixus from Carrefour. But she still wans to wait for the IT fair so end up didnt buy the camera eventhou its $200 cheaper than retail price.

Do, we walked down to bugis there for dinner. Guess wat we were eating? Hahahaoo its steamboat. Yes, AGAIN!



Cost us $18/ head at the famous at marina south the Choing Pan. But suprisingly, we both didnt ate lost of meat, n we donno y. I only know i ate lots of fishballs, crab, hot dogs, n tat donno wat banned meat. As for Juju, she ate alot of corns la, prawns la, tat donno wat banned meat etc. We dumped in so much food but donno y the soups still so tasteless.

We ate till 10+ then head home. Eventhough we bought nothing, Juju gave me a couple bears. Actually juz the color of the shirt is diff. Anywat i guess we both enjoy the night.
