Baby and I spent some quiet and relaxing time at Punggol Marina Country Club. Totally agree that it's so out of place, we struggled a while on how to get there, walking in and out of Compass Point. But definitely no regrets on spending time to find our way.

This is the van that brought us in... There is a schedule to follow - IMPT! We missed the schedule that's why we went in late. -_- It's a 12-seater van and on first-come-first-serve basis so try not to be late to queue.

Haha! Yeah, we went there for prawning... trying to explore new place. I saw alot of people there having Sakura - the largest charcoal grilled and shabu shabu.

Nice scenery and ambience~

Rate is the same. Ponds are smaller as compare but you can see the prawns under the water - one good thing about it.

Serious moment~

Nice catch~ we got a total of 24 prawns. But the size of the prawn is small. We didn't catch huge ones...

The session ended at 9pm ~ so late. By the time we reached home and had dinner at 10 plus. But thanks to Circle Line ~ shorten the whole journey.

New Interest

months back, we were hooked to prawning. Now Dear n i found another new interest. Lan gaming. Left for Dead 2. We were both addicted after since we played with Jane n her BF. Just nice the game can only played by 4 players. We sat together playing, screaming shooting all those zombies. We played many times a map, but couldnt complete till recently we finally completed 1 map.

But last night, Dear n i 2 of us went to play only. We completed almost all the maps. You noe why? Cuz we play "Easy" and with cheat code. Hahahooo... Infinite ammo.. No need reload, shoot at sight, esp with my launcher.. Launcher with infinite ammo is god-like. Next time we try play 4 players with cheat code, but we will play "HARD" mode.

Cheap interest, only $2/hr than prawning. But we still prawn. But not tat often liao.

Dear owned me alot of gifts. X'mas & Valentine's day. And these r the stuffs she bought for me...

Basically is a Detold cabinet from IKEA, a BB sanguo kit n 2 polo Tees from G2000 which i didnt take any photo of it. Well, if i guess correctlly, all these stuffs cost her aout $23x. Am i right dear? And u noe what? I love all of them. A cabinet finally for all my toys. Not all actually, think about 80%. You can c more photos at my blog. The BB Sanguo kit i also love it eventhou i need to buy acrylic paints n spray to give it life. We'll have fun painting n fixing this kit this coming Sat. New outfits for the new yr. Right size right colours. Thanks baby. Thanks for everything. I really love you. Muackz...

Prawning Madness

Went cycling at ECP last Sat. Stopped at the prawning site to continue our remaining left over 1.5 hrs from the previous catch. But in order to use up this remaining time, i need to top up another 1 hr. Clever ah tat Aunite. So total catch is like 5 - 6 prawns for 2.5hrs. Bad rate i noe. Think wont be going there anymore. But suprisingly theres this young couple whom gave us all their catch, about 11 i guess. Before we left the site, a worker there helped us to measure our rod using a weight. With this technique, we decided to go back to our homeland to prawn again.

Reached the prawning site, Jio Thomas n Kris along. 2 rods n bought a packet of weights for only $1. Using that technique, we tested our rods. To our horror, both rods lines were too long! Which means the our bait will just sleep on the pond floor without the notice of the prawns. Even they notice, they will eat up our bait quietly without sinking our float. So we adjusted length, threw in our bait. Within 5 mins we hooked up a prawn. Then baby went to get the netting. While she was away, i missed out 2 prawns. So now i'll say the weighting really helps. Soon enough Jane came joining us. She 1 rod heself. She didnt catch much prawns on her for the whole night. Like only a handful. But she was lucky to won a big wooden CNY Deco from the lucky dip from one of her prawn.

A total catch of 27 prawns from 9.30 to about 2 am using 3 rods. But Kris n jane's rod only caught about 6-7. So looks like we caught the remaining 20+ prawns, which broke our record... Yippee!!!!

I never forget… …. Blogging on my 2009 XMAS celebration with my poly gang. This going to be a long entry… lots of photos…

We chose the XMAS day to gather at M Hotel. We even came out with a theme – all the girls had to wear long sleeves, legging and boots. Haha! Very vain! Ching bought herself a new boots specially for this event. Clara was the only one who didn’t go with the theme. Aiya! Too bad, she can’t fit onto Joline’s extra boots. So sad…

This was Baby’s and my first time trying M Hotel dinner buffet. This hotel serves semi-buffet. Must be wondering what’s semi-buffet right? Initially we were very puzzled too! Well, beside salad, seafood and desserts spread, they had a separate menu where customer can select the dish they like to have as main course. Don’t worry that you may need to pay for the main course, it’s all included in one price.

Baby and I ordered the steak. The portion was quite big, I didn’t finish. If not, I couldn’t enjoy my desserts. Haha! In any buffet I had, dessert bar is VERY IMPORTANT to me!! Till now I still can’t forget the durian paste’s taste. It was so delicious. I wouldn’t say the buffet was very great. But for the price we paid on a festive day, it was definitely good enough. I remembered we paid less than $60 for this meal. Baby had a lot of seafood that day, definitely worth it for him.

Knowing that many cafes or bars will be crowded on XMAS day, we decided to chill in the hotel bar. This bar was so quiet -no customer at all.

We ordered drinks, settled down and began our gift exchange. This XMAS we played a different exchange – White elephant gift exchange.

How to play this game?
1. Each guest who wishes to participate must contribute a gift. Everyone sits or stands in roughly a circle around the pile of gifts.
2. Prepare slips of paper equal to the number of gifts with clearly written numbers. Be sure to distinguish 6 from 9, 1 from 7. Each participating guest draws a number and holds onto that slip of paper.
3. On the first turn, the guest with paper slip #1 chooses a gift, opens it, and all admire it.
4. On the second turn, the guest with paper slip #2 gets the choice of "stealing" any unwrapped gift (#1's) or choosing a wrapped one. If #2 steals #1's gift, then #1 must open a wrapped gift.
5. On the third turn, the guest with paper slip #3 gets the choice of "stealing" any unwrapped gift (#1's or #2's) or choosing a wrapped one.

It will be more fun when there are more people. It was something new to us so we still have some fun. After several exchanges and stealing, I got earpieces from Baby and Baby got a plate & bowl set from Junhong. But I exchanged my earpiece with Baby’s. He needed the earpiece more. Haha! So lame! He got what he bought.

We played 恐怖数字 after that. I got whiteboard marker so we guessed the chosen number. The winners will lose the number on the loser’s hand. Haha! And the ultimate was MY BABY. He was the only one that went home with both hands clean.

Before we going home, everyone stayed to take photos. Oh… that day was the day my camera spoilt…. Lens error. But not to worry, I’m getting my new camera soon – Canon IXUS 200. YEAH!!

3 days/2 nights Costa Sands Downtown East Resort - We had been so much looking forward to it and now it was over. The days we spent there were great! It was just like a holiday for us - short and sweet. Since we can't afford holiday overseas due to time and money, spending in chalet is really a good idea, also to celebrate our 2nd year!

Well, 2 people can be quite boring at times but I think we had a very relaxing time together. Baby tried his best to plan the programs, he doesn't want disappoint me (I got high expectations). There were many moments where I enjoyed very much with him.

I love having breakfast with him. He doesn't usually wake up early but that two mornings, I forced him to. And we had MacDonald hotcakes and breads & eggs for breakfast on the 2nd morning.

I love to swim with him. We went to swim on Friday after we checked in. It is when we are in water, I got the strength to piggyback him and vice verse :P haha! And we love to challenge each other - who can run faster in water, who can dive, who can swim faster. I also try to dive into water and grab his legs. Haha! Ok, very childish! Once a while, it's good be a kid again! Haha!

I love to prawn with him. On Saturday, we explored Pasir Ris Farmway. Very uhu but very adventureous! This time each of us got our own rod for 2.5 hours. We thought that the chances of getting more prawns are higher. Maybe not be exactly true... I love the process of prawning but I'm sick of eating prawns. Again, we had a competition. Make a guess - who caught more?

I love walking with him. No bus goes into Farmway, we will have to wait for cab to go in. The prawn pond is at Farmway 3 so to walk out, it's quite a distance. But we stopped along the way to see many doggies and puppies. Now I know where to get puppies. So cute! The place is only convenient when you have transport. Along the way, we also took some photos. That place reminds me of my granny's place in Malaysia.

I love BBQ with him. Maybe I would say that I love to prepare food for him. Because only two of us, we were able to afford quality food. It would be better to have more people when come to BBQ.

I'm still experiencing withdrawal syndrome... missing the "nothing to worry" times. I would love to organise it again...

Congratulations to Angela and her hubby once again! This is the first wedding dinner I attended with Baby. Their big day was held at Furama Riverside Hotel in October. See the purple gown... I love it! She got to change three gowns that night ~ one of them is a cosplay suit. Creative idea!

And it's such a coincidence that we were sitting on the same table as Baby's cousin (the lady in pink). They took quite a while to recognise each other. Haha! It was quite a funny moment. :)

This yr X'mas eve, we actually didnt celebrate much. We didnt go Orchard to let ppl spray or molested. Or go clubbing n deaf our ears. Its juz a simple japanese resturant at Raffles Place shopping centre. To our surprise, we saw our sec school mate, Ken Wong sitting beside us.

After our dinner, we juz shopped around to Marina Sq n stopped at Gloria Jeans for coffee while waiting for Jane n his bf to meet us after ther PARIS buffet dinner. Together we sat n chit chat together till we go home. This yr present from Dear is wat i really want. Zune HD. As for hers, she wans a nice specs, but haven found the right 1. So i'll pay for her when the right specs appear before us.

Prawn Fishing

Prawn Fishing is not something new to many people but it's something new to us.

Recently I found that part of Singapore Badminton Hall has transformed into an entertaining place. There are playground & carnival for children and prawn fishing ponds for adults. Just last weekend, we went to explore prawn fishing. It was so crowded! The price: S$15 for 1 hr, S$25 for 2hrs and S$30 for 3hrs. After fishing, you are allowed to use the facilities provided to BBQ your prawns at no additional cost.

We didn't fish the first time. We went to explore the rate offered at East Coast Park. Same price! But not as crowded.

The following day, we went to give it a try (the one at Badminton Hall)! Haha! We took the 3hrs package. More worth the price! For the first hour, we didn't catch any... and we missed a few prawns. These prawns don't eat the bait, we got to buy earthworms for them. It's so gross cos I'm the one who need to hook the worm (THEY ARE STILL ALIVE)!

The fun part to me is the process, making new friends and most imptly building my relationship with Baby. We laughed, chatted alot and kan cheong together. Haha! We got to know some uncles and aunties who are experienced. They are so friendly and they even gave us their added-flavour baits when they finished session.

The first day we fished 11 prawns and 14 on our second day. Haha! Yes, we went twice! On second day, we went with Alex and Priscilla. We BBQ all the prawns and chatted till 12 plus. Thank God! I stayed near... hee!

I'm late again...

27 Oct was Baby's Birthday! And "Thanks" to his Boss for allowing him to go for his one-day pathetic leave (Arrrgggghhhh~I'm still angry with his Boss).

We met early for lunch @ Marina Square Azabu Sabo. Actually their food and desserts are delicious but their service just can't make it. By the time my food came, my Baby had already finished his food.

Having lunch during weekdays is GOOD! Cos the price is usually less than $15. Cheapp!

After lunch we went for one bowling session. Haha! Totally don't know to play. Only know how to "action"

Any idea why he looks so fierce? Haha! Cos I'm the one who won the game!!

Although the buffet food variety is not as many as Melt the World, but those of them are seafood which quite worth the price. And most importantly, I can see that Baby enjoyed this buffet more.

27th of Oct every yr, is the day i grow older. And thank God, Dear is still with me by my side celebrating my birthday. A birth cake will always be there. But the present is always different. This time she bought for me a Ovation 500GB portable HD. Which i'm gonna use it to transfer my projects which i've done for my company when i resign. Beside this, Sear also did a a4 paper which she wrote her thoughts about us and our photos. I noe u always have headache when buying stuffs for me, baby... Journey to the West

Two Zhu Ba Jie went down to the west again!

This time we visited Singapore Chinese and Japanese Gardens together for the first time.

We spent a wonderful time there, especially the visit to the Live Turtle & Tortoise Museum. The admission fee is only S$5 per adult and photo-taking is allowed.

The different turtles and tortoises species ~ which I can't remember their names.

We even saw a couple who brought a big cabbage and two packets of carrots to feed the turtles and tortoises. Well, not very sure if this is allowed but we bought the turtle food from the museum to feed them. The museum is not very big. To me it looks like someone's house backyard. Hee~ But we feel comfortable hanging around.

We've spent many wonderful days together, Juz tat we r so lazy to blog. Dear attended my NAFA classmate's wedding few weeks back. I even met my long lost cousin on the same dining table on tat wedding dinner night. We celebrated our 21st month. Had quite a dinner at the Bugis st. there to celebrate. Bought Dear a new phone, HTC Snap. She loves it so... much. We even went to Chinese Garden yester. So happening. And guess wat? Tuesday is my birthday. I'll rec my present from her liao. Lol... On our 20th month anniversary, Baby and I went to Food Fair @ Suntec Convention. I just love to EAT and to be very honest, I'm putting on weight and Baby's tummy is getting rounder. Haha!

Such a coincidence! We saw Yali, her mum and Felicia at the fair! This little girl is just so adorable, and sweet! Still remembered that she was enjoying her mango when we saw them. And now it's the age when she learns to do what you do.

She is no longer afraid of Baby and they even took photos together. Haha!

A pre-20th month outing

Woo... its friday. Both dear n i applied leave for today juz to have a 4 days off work. Our 1st stop for today's afternoon is Bugis. We went to paper house to buy paper for dear's blog's tag. Then went to Sunshine plaza to print.

Spent a while at the printing shop before head to our next stop, Vivo which is our core programme for Fri. We are attending the Thai horror movie 4BIA marathon cum thai buffet dinner cum free entry to St James. The whole package cost $77 for the 2 of us. The buffet eventhou not v.high class, but it was gd. I had 2nd round some more. Dear only 1 round. Check out the food.

After dinner its show time. 4BIA 1st. then finally 4BIA 2. You can check out my blog for the movie review. The whole marathon ended at about 1.30am. The we walked our way to St James. 1st time been there for the both of us. Seriously... I jus dont like it. I donno hows Dear. Anyway now is our 20th month liao. Love u Juli!

When I thought I will end my unhappy day with a still-sick body, a pleasant surprise appeared last night. I heard the familiar bicycle sound and his typical tone asking me to open the door (in hokkien as usual). He shown up with 2 bowls of tau hua and 3 pieces of ma la kueh for my breakfast. He really made my day! Thank you, dear!

I don't need expensive gifts. These little gestures are really what I want. They are more than enough. Thank you!

Went to Vivo with Baby this Sat. But before tat we went to try thr famous Ba kut Teh near Vivo. So many ppl. But to us the standard actually only so-so. Mayb be cuz its soup is white based. Heard black based soup is more power.

After out lunch, we went to Vivo shop shop n watch "Final Destination". Afetr our movie already 6+, we went to Little India n walk walk. Nothing much, jus sight seeing. Then walked all the way to bugis to have dinner at food court. Shopping again n went to Iluma's arcade to c ppl play UFO catcher. Saw 1 skillful auntie caught all the prize car from the machine. So many ppl crowded around her to c her catch. Got ppl even give her 4 asked her to catch for him. Guess wat? We hanged around till 11+pm n went to watch another rd of movie. This time is "Orphan". Its a gd show. Many ppl said. Anyway we watched 3 movies this week man. So broke.

19 months of joy

Went to Suntec for dinner with Dear. She treated me Japanese food. She fed me till fat fat. After eating, shopped awhile. I saw 1 shoes which is v.nice but very ex. Cost $155. I even wore it eventhou i'm not buying. I really like it. Maybe will go Orchard n buy this weekend. Then we walked our way to Marina Sq. We played those UFO catcher at the 2nd floor. Guess wat? We finally got something.

We won these for the 1st few dollars of try but won nothing onwards. But we spent a total of $7. I even saw the cute baby Pinocchio as a prize. But didnt managed to win it. I've been searching for this pinocchio for quite sometime. But juz didnt see it in retail shops except for Mickey n Minnie. Anyway we really enjoy the few hrs together after work.

Melt the World Cafe

One Saturday, Baby and I, with two of our friends went to Melt the World Cafe at Mandarin Oriental Hotel for buffet dinner. It was my second time. With UOB credit card, paying for 3 adults, the 4th one is free. Thanks to Joline for having the card.

You will have to pay slightly more on Saturday as there is an additional BBQ station outside the cafe. It's good that they serve the BBQ food hot but once they served to the table, the staff tend to get the table number all messed up. In the first place, we, as the customers don't even know our table number. So that night we did not get to eat the right food that we ordered.

My favourite station is DEFINITELY the DESSERT!!! Haha! One good point that our friends brought up is to chill the dessert. The display is very tempting but they are not cold enough. It will be nicer if they are served cold.

Baby's favourite station is SEAFOOD. I never really see him trying out the food at other stations. He only ate when I fed him. His purpose there is only for seafood and oysters.

I believe the two girls enjoy the meal too. Even Clara's Sean regretted for not joining us. We will be trying out The Line at Shangari-La one day. :)

A new chapter begins...

Yes... the previous post marked the end of chapter 1. Thanks to those whom have asked us "wats going on?" & " Are u 2 alright?" We r still together as a loving couple as before. We celebrated our 18th month yester. But not we 2 alone, with my cousin Thomas n our friend Kris. Thomas also bought a bike with me on Sat n we 3 went cycled to ECP yester. Cycled till so hungry and thirsty and we met Kris at katong to have steamboat. So yummy n fully.

As for today, we applied leave and spent the whole day outside shopping. We went to Sunshine Plaza to print my bike's stickers then went to PS and then to Orchard. We bought some stuffs and had Shokudo for dinner. Really love this 3 days.

Today we ended our almost 18th month of relationship. There is always a reason behind every break up eventhou i've tried so hard to maintain the r/s. What i want to say is, thanks for the everything u have n we have done together. Love the moments being with u. Sorry for the times i've made u so sad.

I wont delete this blog. Cuz is a beautiful memories shared by the 2 of us. And it'll remain deep in the internet so tat any1 who came across this blog will noe tat we 2 have been together before during our life time... And these r the moments we shared.

Toy Carnival @ S.A.M

Its been some time Dear n i have been to any event. Well, yesterday we went to the Toy Carnival At S.A.M. I met Dear after her service n went to the the Kopi Tiam near the SMU. After lunch we went to the Carnival. My friend, Zhenwei also tagged along. So many ppl... so crowded. But still we managed to get some shots of the event, n i also didnt went off empty handed. Juz check up my personal blog to find out wat i bought. Hehehehooo...

After the event, we 3 went to PS to walk walk n take a break. Zhenwei left halfway for his Transformers screening. We too left shortly to the Cathay to catch our Ice Age 3. We had the $0.99 sushi for dinner cuz we r so caught in the rain after our movie.

Eventhou juz a short sunday, But i still love the day. Infact i love the weekends. Sat esp...

Wonderful afternoon

today was Baby's 1st time came visit me during lunch time. She applied half day leave for her evening family photograph session. Actually wanted to bring baby to somewhere to eat gd food. But i only got 1 hr lunch, so we only hanged around nearby kopi tiam. After our lunch, i brought her to the photo studio, cuz she donno where. My friend happens to work at tat studio, n this studio happens to be opposite my company. Hahahaooo.. I also accompanied Baby waiting for her bus before i went back to office.

I promised Baby that i'll go c their photography session at 6.45pm. I didnt managed to knocked off at time, but luckily i managed to finish up all my work n knocked off at 7pm. I still able to c 80% of their session. Then went back to their house area n had dinner with their family. Had a wonderful dinner treat. Thanks to her parents.

I really enjoyed my lunch time with u, Dear. But is a "Once in a Blue Moon" thing. Thanks! Love u always.

look... its our 17th month again. But we didnt take any photos like we used to due to some reason. Sorry Baby. But i'm really glad tat i can meet u on the 19th June. And i'll meet u on every 19th of every month. Regardless of juz staying at ur house, my house or outside shopping eating gd food. I am always happy on tat day.

Watched 2 movies on Sat. Had normal meals at kopitiam n food court. My budget really tight now. I also donno wat i had spent on this month. Sorry baby, u have to suffer with me. But i hope u had a great time this weekend. This coming weekend is more exciting... We had bought Transformers 2 ticket liao. But not at the "The Grand Cathy" cuz all SOLD OUT!. So no choice bought the other cinema instead. We juz cant wait for the show.

Yes, Sims 3 is out recently and my sister’s generous friend got it for her as a birthday present. How wealthy he is….!!! Baby said it’s a boring game. Well, at least it’s a form of relaxation for me. For the time being, I will not be complaining that I have nothing to do and irritated Baby. It’s good also… this allow us to have time to do our own things.

It's really long time no blog. One month ago, I was in Japan. And one month later, everyone is like telling me air ticket to Japan is cheap. It's such a great temptation. How I wish I can apply leave again and enjoy the trip one more round. If so, I will love to bring Baby along with me. I'm sure he would love to go... Japan is his dream place to visit.

This Japan trip may not be a relaxing trip... we walked and climbed alot, got ourselves confused and even cried. But we have so much fun that we totally forgotten how tired we are. And all we could remember how blessed and loved we are throughout our trip and the heartwarming experiences we enjoyed with all the people we meet in Japan. We do not only meet them once but photo memories will be with us forever.

We had so much fun in Hakone and in this particular lounge. I was wondering if we were to go back there again. Will the boss of the lounge remember us?

who doesnt love the weekend? Baby n i went to so many places from yester till today. But i dont have much $ for this weekend as i've only banked in my paid on fri night. Cant withdraw till Tues after 2pm i guess. So these 2 days baby has been paying for all the stuffs. But this time luck is on our side. Baby got a pair of free tix to watch Terminator n a set of popcorn combo from her company, so we saved about $27.

Jus now i managed to buy 1 hot-selling/rare "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" actoin figure. But of cuz this toy i paid for myself. Baby has paid for most of the food for the 2 days. Thx baby. I love u. This coming weekend i'll pay for u. Love u...

16th Month

its our 16th month le. But today we didnt celebrate. We didnt even meet. Cuz i'm busy with a video project. And Juju's grandma juz passed away this morning. And she applied leave the moment she reached her office today. Thought its going to be a lot of work at her work since she juz came backed from Japan yester but didnt expect to rec such a bad news from her family.

I also very sad. Only managed to c her face yester night after my late work n went to her house for dinner. And now she went Malaysia for a week again... It was very lucky tat i brought my ass to her house yester eventhou was already 9pm, if not i wont be able to c her again. And i'll be very regretted.

Nvm dear, i'll wait for u no matter wat de. Love u always. Happi 16th mth.

its another long weekend again. Those 3 days went to so... many places. Went to Orchard, PS, MS, Suntec, Tampines 1, EXPO n Bugis la. Watch 252 ~Signal of Life~ n Wolverine. Bought a Sony Ericsson phone for Baby. She loves it so much. We even tried the "NEW YORK NEW YORK" yester night at Citylink for dinner. Finally went there n tried, promised baby quite sometime liao. Anyway think the whole weekend, baby bought the most thing. She bought herself phone pouch la, screen protector la. She almost bought a cardigan at EXPO yester. And i almost bought a stylish pointed leather shoes. But end up nothing. ANyway, we really enjoyed the days...

Its our 15th month. Time passes so fast. Baby Juju came to my house to watch "The Grudge 3" after her service. But she fall asleep in some parts of the show. Tiring baby... hugging my Mew Mew. After the movie we went to CSC to c toys. Then walked to chinatown to another toy shop which got removal sale. Yeah, i bought something afterall. You can take a look at my blog. Went to chinatown of cuz will buy those daily products.

After Chinatown already 6+ liao. We went to her house after tat. Took a rest. And we went to Katong for dinner. We had steamboat for our 15th month again. We ate quite alot. Cuz we had had a early lunch.

Guess wat? Actually we want to go jogging at EC de. In the end, end up eating steamboat.

Juju n i applied leave for today. So we both got a super long holiday. From Fri to Mon. We went out for all the 4 days. On Fri, went to the new shopping Mall Tampines One. Met up with Alex n had a chit chat cum Seoul Garden buffet sesson. Thx Alex for the treat dude.

Sat, Dear brought me to Tiong Baru market for lunch, then went to IMM to find our sec sch mate, Yali. Gosh.. her daughter so big liao. Feel happy for her. Then evening rushed to Adjunied to meet up with Thomas n Kris for a dinner cum Durian session.

Sun, Went High Tea at Swissotel. The food was damn good man. Worth the price. Went to PS n Far East to buy a new phone for Dear. but end up both place dont have the model. Went home empty handed to catch the Campus Superstar Final.

Mon which is today. Dear dressed till so pretty that i juz cant bring her to 1 place. I travelled from Cityhall to Suntec then to Bugis. Caught a movie, "MALL COP". Then i went for a shopping spee.
I believe we both enjoyed our 4 days. Right baby?

Free tickets to watch Sea Monsters at Singapore Science Centre, IMAX threatre.

It was already our second time to Science Centre. But this time we went there solely for the show. It's only a 45-minute movie, showing the sea creatures that lived during the dinosaurs time. The seas and oceans were very dangerous places at that time. Fossils of the creatures were left over for historians now to explore and investigate the livings of the past.

If you have the chance to watch there, try to queue up early before the showtime. You will be able to get better seats and it's good to sit higher. We did not sit very high and felt the uncomfort on the neck.

We arrived there 15-20 minutes before the show. See the queue!

Before the show, we took the time to view the Alps exhibition and took photos.

$6 Movie Mania

Yeah it's another fine Sat. Juju and I went to bugis to watch movie. The new shopping complex opposite Bugis Junction is now opened. Not fully open actually. But 1/2 of the shops have opened. So u guys can go over there n take a look. The cinema over there is a MUST to visit. Why? Cuz the ticket is only $6 all day all movies from yester till end of April. But this rule doesnt apply to me. Cuz i'm the lucky 1st 500 ppl to book online for our "REBORN" movie. So i am entitled the $6 offer till end of May.

The cinema over there is under "Film Garde" which is the same as the one in Leisure Park. The whole ambience is good. The seats are solid hard which r gd for ur body mayb becuz is new tats y. lol. After our "REBORN" we even watch 2nd round of movie " Confession of a Shopacholic" with Thomas n Kris at night. Really enjoyed our Sat. Whee...

14th Month

After three working days, we finally met for dinner last night to "celebrate" our 14th month. It was because of Baby's company blackout, I got to see him earlier but also because of the blackout, he might have more work to do today.

Lately, he has been quite busy and only left office at around 8 to 9 plus. To give him a little surprise and support, I prepared an "energy pack" for him. Aiyo! I forgot to take a picture of that, not sure if he did. Anyway, inside the pack are those of his favourites ~ sour sugary strips, mochi from Taiwan, 2 mini Loacker chocolate wafers, chocolate biscuit rolls and a Mickey Mouse key chain.

We love the keychain very much and Baby went back to 7 eleven to get the Minnie Mouse as well. Now, it's a pair!!

We had our dinner at Bachmann Japanese Restaurant. The food serving is small, just nice for ladies but I don't think it's enough for men. They served many side dishes, can order to add on to the main course.

Actually was going to Marina Sq to eat laksa for my lunch, But Dear suggested to go eat prawn noodles near the Concourse. The prawn noodles was tasteless if ordered dry. But its soup is awesome.

After our lunch Baby n i walked around Arab st. The surrounding nice cuz its not v.hot or sunny n not many Malays walking around. Didnt expect to see some retro shops. And we both also hunting "DesignBridge" which i interned at last time. But we still cant find it n began to rain. So heavy till we had to take a bus to Cityhall.

Ciyhall was so packed yester cuz of the IT fair. So croweded like X'mas eve or worse. We shopped at MS 1st. Baby bought a new pair of shoes. We even tried to play the "UFO" catching plush toys. We wasted $2 for it. Lolz. And see around SP's grad show. Then we choing to IT fair around 6+ to meet Thomas n wenhui. Cuz Thomas said my Spinn was selling there. Its cheap... but i still dint buy. Thomas did. We 3 walked to Bugis for dinner n dessert before heading home. Its a fun n tiring day. We didnt watch movie wor. Lolz.

Sick Baby

Baby is sick today. Actually she only got a sore throat yester, but her condition worsen. It lead to fever n flu. Jus like me a few weeks back. A small sickness became so big. Juz now went to her house for dinner. I was working late again, reached her house 8+. She had her dinner before i came, cuz i told her too. Eventhou Dear dear is a strong gal, she looks sick to me when she opened the door for me. I cant tell how hot is her body cuz she is usually warmer than mine. Had curry chicken which her father cooked. Its delicious!

After eating we sat together watching TV n folding paper aeroplanes. Dear dear also gave me a box of Oreal cheezecake which she made. Sweet n nice to eat. But heaty. She still at the learning stage. So sorry that i didnt buy the cheezecake cookbook for her last weekend.

13th mth dinner at 店小二

Its another 1 mth after our 1 year anniversary. Dear dear n i have been together for 13 mths le. How time flies. I met her at Cityhall after my work. Shopped around at Marina Sq till we sat our butt on "店小二". Ordered a few dishes of food. Their duck dish really is gd man. Dear's recommandation was right. Overall the dinner was gd, which means 店小二 is gd!

After dinner, we shopped at MUJI. Dear bought some snacks. Simple looking food but cost so much. No choice MUJI health food. After buying we walked our way to Suntec. We went to the arcade to play Street Fighter IV. Its my 1st time playing, n Dear dear sat beside me watching me play. The game was quite fun. Managed to fight my way thru till the last boss but was defeated by him. Anyway before tat, i beat by 1 from another player. Lolz.

This was the first KTV session with Thomas and Kris and also the first time I hear Baby sing. He was singing Chinese songs. He only listens to J-Rock so the chances of hearing him sing are very slim. Haha!

Valentine's Day is the day when I see many baskets and bouquets of flowers and bears. There are even balloons, chocolates and I remembered seeing a little angel selling homemade cookies with her mum. These were what I saw on our Valentine's Day on the streets of Orchard Road.

I love to envy girls who held really big bouquet of roses. For sure, I love the feeling of receiving flowers but on the other hand, I don't really wish to receive them. Very contradicting, I know... They are too expensive during this day and at the end of it, I seriously don't know what to do with the bouquet. I prefer to receive something that is more practical.
It was my 2nd Valentine Day with Baby. We agreed not to buy gifts for each other. We want to save money for other plans. Anyway, I cheated him. He said I "spoilt the market". I got him a Puma belt which I felt he really needed it.

He brought me to an "interesting" restaurant. At first he told me the place is located at Far East, but not sure Far East Plaza or Far East Shopping Centre. We walked round the plaza, couldn't find the place so it must be Shopping Centre. 90% of the shops in the centre are closed. It was really surprising to see the restaurant so crowded and noisy. The waiters or waitresses are mostly middle-aged to older people. The food is not bad but the prices aren't really reasonable and minus points for the service as well.

These were what we ordered. We don't even want to try the dessert. We left the place and had our desserts at somewhere that is so much more comfortable.

This was how we celebrated our Valentine's Day.

I am very happy that Baby went to church with me and yesterday was a special Sunday for church. It was the miracle seed Sunday. :)

I told him that coming to church with me will be the best birthday gift I received from him this year. He promised me to come even though I know he was reluctant and still not feeling well. I also knew that he didn't really enjoy himself and not really listening. But all thanks to God, there's always a first step. I will still look forward to one day when he told me that he would love to join me in church.

Baby, you certainly deserve my total appreciation in everything that you have done for me. I see, I feel and your love is in my heart. Happy Post-Valentine's Day! Hee!

Mr. Curry for dinner

Did nothing much today. Went to Church with Baby at Suntec and headed to Chinatown to buy our shampoos and such. But tonight dinner was diff. We usually have our dinner at the Chinatown hawker. But not today, cuz Baby want to eat something diff. So we walked back to Central n hunt for restaurant. Finally we settled down at this Japanese restaurant called "Mr.Curry" which is actually a sub restaurant of "WARAKU". But is better! All the meals inside the menu beside the drinks n desserts, most of them are with their own specially made curry. The curry sauce is awesome... Both the food we ordered tasted great, so was the ice-cream which we ordered for dessert. The price was resonable as well. Total bill for us is only about $55. Think next time go chinatown we may eat this Mr.Curry liao... lol. The cashier even gave us a poster n a paperbag.

Baby is sick!

Why is it that guys do not like to consult doctors when they are sick? Probably not every guys but at least I know most of my guy friends do not really like to see doctor. They prefer to take their own medication to recover on their own.

Baby is one of them... Sigh... When I met him for dinner yesterday, he came to me shivering. His hands were so cold and when I felt her forehead & neck, he was so hot. I insisted that he better consult a doctor since the clinics are still open.

At first, he was really stubborn, said "No need la", panadol can work". I was really angry...

Eventually he listened to me and really glad that he does. :) The doctor said he was having a high fever and was given two days MC. Baby was also required to swallow two pills before he can leave. The consultation costed him $40. I was so shocked. How come the fee is so high?

Now he is resting at home. I'm going to visit him after work. Tomorrow is Valentine's Day. We have some plans so he will have to recover by then. Hee! We wanna ENJOY this day together! :)

My Birthday

I had a small birthday celebration yesterday. It's nice that this year, my birthday falls on Tuesday when everyone is at home.

Baby came to my house for dinner with two little surprises. He came along with Gobi pastries. I always wanted to have a bite of it. Now I can have many bites!! The next surprise is he made a card for me ~ a lovely 3D birthday card with a paper 3D glasses. He is learning to use 3D max and I believe he is catching up quite well. Thanks, baby!

And many thanks to Auntie Marie. She gave me an angbao and bought me a chocolate ice-cream cake from Savoury Fare. :) We had the cake last night.

The night before, my mum brought us out for dinner and we even had chilli crabs. How nice! :)

Journey to the West

Baby n my cousin Thomas keep saying tat Jurong Point has opened over 200 new shops which i dont believe, as i juz completed my Reservist during Nov. And Jurong Pt to me at tat time still the same. But i was wrong when Baby n i travelled all the way there. There was really a bigger Jurong Pt now. A new extension building has been built beside the old shopping mall. But actually the fashion shops inside to me like same company with diff shop name only. The clothes inside like all the same n same price somemore.

We went there for lunch. Watch Underworld 3 at the GV over there. Wa... The cinema was quite cramp compared to Marina Sq GV. Not much leg space. But most imporantly we didnt left Jurong Pt empty handed. I bought a pair of NIKE shoes at Sportslink for $62 and 4 breads at $1 each.

After tat, we travelled all the way to Orchard to settle our dinner. Shopped around taka n finally Far East. Bought a pair of white shoelaces at 77th Street to match my new shoes. Wala... Check up my new shoes...

Yes its another CNY i spent together with Dear Dear, together with her mum n her sister Jane. Went to the "He pan" last night. The event changed to another location. More space for human traffics and more windy. But 1 thing bad about it, is lesser booths in the event. Only 1 food station and donno wat station is tat. I also donno tat 1 for wat de. Hahahaoo... Overall kinda disappointed with the event. But i still took pics with my THD, eventhou the quality is not gd. But dear dear kinda disappointed cuz she didnt bring her camera along. Anyway, Happi CNY to u all...

Tiring week ends

V.tiring weekends for me, as i must go to Science Centre from yester Fri till tml Sun 9 - 4pm. And not only tat, i still need to do some projects at home. I cant even go out happily with Juju yester night n juz now. We only went out like 3 hrs juz to eat dinner together n shop around. Cant even watch my "Cliff 2". But at least we had a wonderful n delicious dinner at Paragon juz now... yummy! Love the Curry Fishhead!

Tomorr wont be meeting Baby le. Cuz she suggested me to stay at home after the event tml n do my project. So no choice, i have to come back home n rush finished my projects. Next week end, we'll have my fun ok Baby? I promise!

Before attending XMAS gathering @ East Coast, we cleaned up Ixalion before the journey. Baby usually loves to clean his bike... mine always collecting dust. Haha!
Of course there were many journeys with Ixalion such as the journey to the Singapore Ferry, the journey to Suntec and the journey to Bugis. Just that most of the time, no photos were taken.

Eve of X'mas

Its our 2nd time celebrating the X'mas eve. But its the 1st time we both celebrated together alont. Just the 2 of us as a couple.

I knocked off around 3+n Juju knocked off around 1+. She went to collect her clothes which she ordered online n went hm straight. As for me, i went to Cityhall 1st instead of going home. Cuz i haven bought anything for Juju for X'mas present. I bought for her Charles n Keith bag, which she likes it so much when she lay her eyes upon it. After buying, i went to Marina Sq arcade. On my way there, saw Angela n Earl. Lol. They also heading to the arcade too. So we went together, but played diff games. After playing, shopped around till Juju called n i walked back to Cityhall control station to meet her. From there we started our X'mas eve celebrating.

We shopped from MS to Suntec n finally settled down for dinner. I didnt made any reservation at any resturant, so in the we ended up eating Congress steamboat buffet at Suntec.

After eating, we rushed for our movie at the Cathay. Finally we watched the "Twilight". Not bad, juz too much talking. Cant wait for its "New Moon", when the Werewolves will get their roles. Sounds interesting.

After the show which is about near midnight, we walked down to orchard. Looking at the mad crowds. And enjoying ourselves with them, but not as mad as them, spraying anyone with their stupid spray can.

Not long after, we sat at the Coffee-bean. Where we exchanged our X'mas gift. I gave Juju her bag, And she gave me a CK One perfume. Awesome! Love it n Love u!

XMAS BBQ

Merry Christmas!

We had our first XMAS gathering with our Secondary School mates last Sunday. This year, it was BBQ at East Coast Park. Thank you Jinhui who made the very first step to organise this gathering. :)

We saw quite a number of "long lost" friends - Angeline Soh, Chiou Hua, Jinrong, Yuan Jie, Ngai Wai, Zhidong, Chin Kai and Jin Hui. Of course not forgetting those that we still kept in contact - Priscilla, Eugene, Ping Ping and Pek Weiliang. Facebook is really a good channel to find friends!! *Thumb up*

I realised I'm no longer interested to BBQ food...whichever BBQ/ Chalet we went, the food is more or less the same. I'm more attracted to the moment when we talked about the past, counting the numbers of years we left school, the number of years we hadn't meet. Recalling old memories is the best! Laughters non-stop! And when "recall" was over, it's catching up times! That is when all the JUICY news became even MORE JUICY! I'm loving it! Haha! The hottest question is "Where are you working now"? Followed by... "When are you getting married la?" "How come you guys will break up"? "About cars!" "How did the both of us get together"? So much to gossip! Haha!

I believe everyone enjoys themselves... if not, there won't be steamboat in January. Haha! I'm looking forward to it! Hope to see all of you again and also those who couldn't make it on this BBQ.

X'mas Shopping Spee!

Finally, Juju n i got our pay. And she rec more than me becuz of her bonus. So we went to Plaza Sing for lunch. Had Mos Burger. We bought these cute little handphone tanlings from them. So cute but cost $3 each.

After our lunch, we went to FOX n bought my wanted jacket which i've eyed for 2 wks. Actually i got the urge to buy jacket since many mths ago. But i didnt bought any, coz the ones i like r from Pull n Bear which cost about $100. This FOX jacket, cost $89. But using the Capital vouchers which i rec as a present form my birthday, the jacket only cost $69. Juju bought it for me as a X'mas gift. After buying my stuff, we walked to Marks n Spencer to buy Juju's gift for her co. After buying, we walked to Orchard.We shopped from 1 shopping centre to another. Mostly was buying gifts for her co. n friends. But she also got herself a boots. Finally my baby bought a pair of boots which she always wanted to wear. The boots r not so tall. Its grey n only $50 at far east. I bought for her as a X'mas gift. She was so happy.

We had dinner at Wisma food court. Then took a train to CATHAY to watch "The day the Earth stood still" at 9pm.

After the show we have to bring so many stuffs which we bought home....

I did! It was quite funny and cute but somehow I wasn't able to really enjoy and concentrate on the show. I think I paid more attention to the one sitting next to me. Oh, definitely not my Baby, he seldoms make much noise. The "69 T-shirt" guy was SOOooooooo INTO the show. He made so much noise to every cute and funny moments in the show. Not only that, he clapped his hands and even stamped his feets. It seems like I turned to see him more than I watched the show. Just can't help it... Tell me..... HOW to enjoy?? :( I spent $13 to "watch" him.

But frankly speaking, it was indeed a good show. Interesting content and cute dialogues among those characters. Not sure if it's worth to watch the 3D version... to me, probably I still prefer normal version. At least I don't feel dizzy. By the way, if you damage or lost the 3D glasses, you got to pay S$70 for it.... mind you... -_-

Yes, I'm back and hate to be back to the hectic lifestyle here. But missing someone who misses me. ;)

I'm facing new challenges at work. I'm given a opportunity to learn new skills. Well, I should be happy right? But sad to say, I'm not... I feel this opportunity came to me at the wrong time. This new job portfolio is something I never thought I can manage ~ maintaining websites. Goodness... Probably DaddyGod present this as my Christmas gift. Thanks to those, especially Dan who guided me throughout the whole processes. Teaching and guiding are definitely not easy tasks. I knew it. We seriously got to be really patient.

Baby is enjoying his work! He is happier now! Designing, filming, attending D&D, chit chatting. How cool! I'm so glad that he found his "perfect" job as of now. His future is my future. Haha! So I better give him all my support. :) You're happy, I'm happy too!

My baby is back! She finally back in S'pore safe n sound today. She reached SG early in the morning 4am plus. I didnt send a gd mornin msg to her this morning when i reached my office, cuz i dont wan her to be awake by my msg. She must be v.tired after the long bus journey. When she woke up, she msg me y i didnt send her a msg. She thought something happen when i cycling to work. Sorry dear, made u worried le.

I cycled to her house for dinner after my work around 7pm. Actually intend to go out have dinner n movie. But we somehow dont feel like to... cuz we working tml. So we chat n view her trip's photos at her house. After tat, we walked to Leisure Park to shop awhile n sat down at Coffeebean to chat. Send her home after tat. Stay awhile at her house before cycling home.

It has been quite some time since we blog. Cuz i have a found a job n have already working like almost 2 wks. Its an event company at Lavender. Its better than my previous company. More ppl in the co. 3 designers in the creative team. a strength of 19 workers including boss himself compare to my previous co with only 6. Overall its quite relax in this new co.n the designers there r so talkative, which is gd. But the bottom line is the pay also higher. $150 more man... (^O^)V Imagine wat i can do with this $150.

Anyway baby is not in Singapore. She is now somewhere in Malaysia for a week since Mon to celebrate her grandmum's birthday. She'll only be back n see me next Mon. I ma so missing her. Today is the 4th day of her absence. But we still communicate thru sms. Usually is me whom send more. Cuz she need to pay more for sms if she send to me. So she only sent me like 5-8 sms per day. Even callings also charge higher. We usually talk on phone alternate days. I'm glad she is fun over there. Hope she'll come back safe n sound.

Sad, she cant even go with me to the anime festival this week. Wasted.

It was a Sat afternoon. I met Dear at Cine and had KFC for lunch. We only ordered 1 set of 2 piece meal. Cuz we meeting my friends at 4.30pm n will be having an early lunch with them. In order to save our stomach, we decided to eat tat little for lunch.

After eating, we shopped at TAKA. Dear got a shopping spree mood cuz she juz rec her pay. But she didnt bought anything from TAKA. I only bought a "hard to find" Spiderman Venom at the toy department section.

After TAKA, we walked to Lucky Plaza. I'm checking if HTC HD happen to reached our store. But no sign of it. I also help baby ask the price of her "wanted" perfume which TAKA is selling at $130. Lucky Plaza lowest price for it is $105. But dear find it funny n weird. She said this kind may stain the clothes, so she didnt buy.

We walked to Far East after tat. Guess wat? We saw Joanna Peh at over. And i think i saw Sun Yanzi also. Cuz she look skinny, n her featues juz like her. But without make up. But too bad i didnt manage to c if theres a mole at her eyebrown. And ssad to say, Dear end up empty handed again. Actually she spotted a bad n wanted to buy it. But too bad there was no new piece for it.

After Orchard we travelled down to City hall to meet my friends. One of my friend juz came back from japan juz to attend his friend's wedding. We chatted n had dinner at Marina Sq's Kenny Roger. Sat down at Pacific coffee to chat again. The chatting session till about 9pm n dear n i went to shopping at Suntec. Nothing much, cuz we went there on Fri le.

So we really went home empty handed for dear. She kinda sad. Dont worry dear, the day will come de. Be happy.

Baby really went to book a slot for us to go to Wild Wild Wet yester, after i told her i wanted to go. So we went for free. If not its $15.50 for pubic per admission. We were so eager to go in when we reached there. But we shopped for a while outside to buy my goggles n a swimming trucks for about $40. After tat we chiong in to get change. It was fun in the water. We played the "Tsunami" with life jackets. It was our 1st time we ever swim to a 1.8m dept with big waves. The waves pushed me till i giddy. After all, we still left afew areas we still haven got a chance to play. We stepped out of the water about 6+ to get changed. Then we went to Tampines to have our dinner n shopping. And its the 1st time, we both shopped at Tampines for more than 2 hours. It was a great Sat yester. We really enjoyed! Hor, baby?

I made something for him and I bought a cake too. That day during BBQ, he was busy distributing cakes to his friends and never get a slice for himself. On this special day, he had half of his cake. :)

It rained heavily in the afternoon. So we stayed home and only left home in the evening. He had his cake cutting at my house.

Kuishin-Bo Japanese Restaurant here we come! Yes, we went there for our dinner. Thank you Baby! His treat! The restaurant is located at Suntec City. It's around $47 per person. If the promotion hasn't ended, one of the weekdays is their Ladies' Night.

Something different about this place... At a certain timing, the waiter will ring the bell and specially prepared food will be served. It will only served to first 30 customers. When we were there, the bell rang thrice but none of the time, we queue for the special food. We were too busy eating...

Not sure if Baby enjoy the food but I do. The food they served suit me. Baby had a lot of crab till I warned him of his blood pressure and he stopped. The moment he stopped the seafood, he realised he had nothing much to eat. Fair enough, the cooked food variety was quite limited. The dessert corner is the BEST! I really enjoy. Thanks, Baby!

You don't say I didn't update our blog... I will and now I'm going to update three entries at one go. Haha!

The day before Baby's birthday, we went for movie, oh no, should be movies ~ Saw V (afternoon) and Tropic Thunder (night). One gore and one funny... Saw V made me slightly confused. Not that this season is not nice, just that I feel those previous seasons were better. Tropic Thunder is a show of big shots, comprised of Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr and Tom Cruise, which I couldn't even recognise most of them. Hahaha!

We had dinner at Big O Cafe & Restaurant. Such a coincidence, we met Titus and Siew Han. First try at Big O, the food was delicious, probably their desserts will be better.

I didnt know i'm still 26 yrs old this yr. Thought i'm 27 till my Juju told me is 26 not 27. Lol... silly me. So Juju suggested open BBQ. Then i agreed to the idea. But somehow i responded neg to it till she really very upset. It was raining for the past few days, kinda worried tat it'll rain on my bbq night, then all the food we've prepared will gone to waste. But luckily it didnt. So we prepared the food before bbq night. Juju did most of the staffs for me, choosing the food, ordering the food online and even prepared the food nicely at her house. All i did was paying for the food, helping her bits n pieces on the food n giving her human support. Even her 2 sis also helped out with it. Thx gals. Juju's mum even made 100 satays for me as my gift. Actually she intend to made 150 sticks but i told her 100 is more than enough. All my friends wacked juju prepared food like marshmellows n buttered bread instead of the main food like chicken wings and prawns. But overall the final damaged of the food was left few grams of prawns + hotdogs + meatballs, 20 chicken wings, about 10-20 satay n 1 sting ray. Still not so bad. The bbq still a sucess. Evey1 had a good time eating n chatting. But baby felt neglected and quite upset about it.
Sorry baby but without u this bbq wont be happening. Thx alot Baby, love u lots.

This entry came really late... Anyway I will cut it short, just enjoy those photos uploaded. You sure can tell that we all enjoyed that day alot.

3Js together with Baby went out on Hari Raya Puasa... this is not very common. Joawen is usually very busy with school and her work. This will be quite a special day. Jane's birthday was coming too so we took this time to get her present since everyone was around.

We met Baby at Orchard and had lunch at Wisma food court. Before that, we booked tickets to watch "Connected" at The Cathay. There was some time left after the lunch and before the show, we went over to CK Tang and she got her Casio watch at a discounted price of $136. This watch belongs to S.H.E limited edition with Selina's signature engraved on the face and back of the watch.

The Golden Village level @ Plaza Singapura opens a few toys shops. Of course, we will not miss visiting them. We had our dinner at The Manhatten Fish Market. That was the second time I tried. The concept is similar to Fish & Co and I think I still prefer Fish & Co.

I'm so upset tat i left Juju alone yester as i've promised her tat we'll go shopping together. But due to my stomachache n a slight fever, i was unable to. Luckily today i felt much more better. So we went to Orchard. Had Buger King for lunch. Shopped almost the entire of Orchard area. And we bought things wor. Juju bought a pair of earrings from Wisma n a dress from Far East Sq. I bought nothing. But we went to bugis street after Orchard. I bought 2 Tees.

As for dinner, Juju finally came to my house to eat. OFFICIALY. She always complained i never invite her to come my house. SO... finally i did. She bought big pears to give to my parents, cuz she felt pai sei to come my house empty handed. She was so nervous. Hahaha.. But i believe she enjoy the dinner n of cuz the whole day outing together. Look! She n my toys.

Went to meet up with Juju after her work at Central. But i was late again.. So waited for me at the busstop which i alighted then we together walked to Central shopping. Like usual, there is nothing much to shop at the Central. So we crossed over opposite to have our dinner. We had the famous Bak ku teh, liver soup, salty vege n you tiao. The soups were awesome! Free flow somemore.... Think we refilled 2 times. Cost us total about $19.

After the dinner, Juju took me to a new cafe to chit-chat which was "not so" nearby. We had to walk quite a distance. Its a chocolate cafe. Most of the F&B inside were made of chocolate somehow. I ordered a Ice black forest drink, n Juju ordered this New World. This New World was quite amazing. It was served with a rd chocolate n a small bottle of warm liquid chocolate. When poured onto the rd chocolate, it will melted n we are ready to eat! So sweet... All the stuffs we had for tonight were so... heaty. Hope we dont fall sick tml.

It has been a week or so i last seen my dear Juju. And we finally met after her work yester night. She suddenly looks so pretty. Kissed her alot. Hehehe. We went Orchard Taka to buy her aunt birthday present n our ex-sec sch classmate Yali's daughter's birthday. Well, Juju bought Esprit handbag n wallet as a set for her aunt. Later we going to Parkway to buy a birthday cake for her as well. As for Yali's daughter, Felicia, we bought a drawing table set for her. Incase she is as talented as me in the future. lolz. We going to her house this Sunday.

After bought the stuffs needed, we went to Taka donno lvl wat Seoul Garden. Donno how long i never stepped into Soul Garden liao. We both had so full. But didnt get to eat sushi. Cuz Juju said cuz weekdays. since its cheaper so lesser food. So sad. But their sliced Beef was gd... so was the soup base. Think i had 3 bowls. Hahhaoo...

It was Tues afternoon when Overider from MovieXclusive sms me that he got an extra pair of tickets to watch "MIRRORS" at Great World City 7pm to offer. Since Juju also wan to watch the movie and the timing is right, so i accepted the offer from Overider. Thanks Bro!

Before tat i went to YUCH! for my 2nd round of interview with them. This time with the Art Director present together with the Creative Director. After the interview, i went to CSC again looking at the toys. Tikam 1 keychain for my Juju, but still got the stupid pink cat which she tikam tat time. She wans Mickey/Mouse mouse.

Heng nearby got bus to Great world city man. And the only bus is 970. Cuz i never been there be4. Its my 1st time last night. Many ppl said is a boring shopping centre, and indeed it was. Shopped alone in the mall waiting for Juju to arrive. But didnt expect the Organix studio called and arranged an interview today 4pm. Hehehe...

Finally around 6.30pm Juju arrived n we met. We bought big gulp n sweet n salty porncorn from GV to the movie. Heng we got the seats i want since its "Free Seatings". But too bad we didnt rec the "Mirrors" notebook. Anyway the movie was nice. A no. of scare factors. But didnt expect to know its adopted from an old Korean horror "Into the mirror" till Juju told me since she watched b4.

After the movie we went to the near food centre to have our dinner. We ordered pig's organs soup n mee sua. There was this stall selling fried kwuay tiao. The Q was forever so long. After we finished our main course, n i saw no Q liao.. i went to order $3 fried Kwuay tiao. Cuz i wan to c how gd it is since its Q is dam long. Then i ate... wa... not nice 1... no taste de. Parkway nicer loh. Then Juju said mayb becuz i didnt add chili. But Parkway 1 i also didnt add but still so nice....

So we went hm after dinner.

Cycling interest

Cycling slowly become an interest that we shared. He starts to pay attention to any bicycles that people have and those which are parked around places. I start to look for comfortable routes that we can take to reach places we wanna go. We enjoyed doing these together with more chit-chatting and laughters created.

So far, we have travelled to East Coast, Leisure Park, Singapore Flyer and Parkway Parade all by bike. He also cycled to Bugis on his own. It may be tiring especially when the weather is hot but we feel so great when we reached our destination. Little Mission Accomplished! Next time we will try to travel further.

Last Sunday, we cycled and kinda of celebrated Mid-Autumn at East Coast Park. We prepared sandwiches, taiwan sausages, crackers and of course, MOONCAKES. I brought along my tent, sodoku book & Nintendo DS and we had a little picnic at the beach. It was a very relaxing and easy day. We ate, took turns to nap and look out for our bikes and played little games.

Initially the sky was bright and weather was hot... slowly it turned cloudy and rain. By then, it already evening time. We packed and cycled down to Lagoon to take shelter. It rained the rest of the night. So along the way, we cycled and stopped to take shelter until we reached Parkway Parade for dinner. By the time we were home, it was already 10 plus to 11pm. It became a long night because of the rain.

Rainy night at East Coast

Guess Baby has conquered her fear. We went EC cycling again. Everything went fine till we Q-ing for our dinner at the Lagoon. We were Q-ing for our satay beehoon when suddenly it started to rain. All the ppl were forced to squeezed to the shelters. And we were tableless while holding our satay beehoon. We spent some time looking for seats. but there were none. So we decided to eat while standing. Drinking our solf drinks as well after eating.

The rain juz kept falling even we have finished our dinner. But at least it got smaller. So we decided to cycle back hm. Little did we expect, the rain getting heavier again while we we cycling. Also no choice, we cycled all the way back to Juju's house. The whole EC looked so deserted when raining. No cyclist, bladers, bbq-ers etc. Got all soaked. I were sneezing when i reached her house. Juju scared i might get a cold, so gave me a new polo-t n a towel to wipe dry. I left my bike at her house n walked back home. Its dangerous to cycle on a wet ground.

Conquering Fear

Actually decided to go Orchard n watch tat donno wat jap movie. Donno wat hana de. But Juju has to go hm 1s to put her ordered mooncakes. Since so trouble we decided not to go. Instead i cycled to her house around 5+. We went dinner together at her area hawker. Sad, Juju still dont allow me to eat mutton or beef soup eventho i've passed 1 mth of chickenpox. So no choice, ordered Yong tao fu again.

Guess wat? The whole outing was by bicycle! Juju finally take the courage to put on her track shoes n bring her bike for a ride. Eventho she still felt some pain on her toe, she still took the effort to cycle with me from her house to the hawer n to leisure park to watch night movie. We watched WALL.E. Quite an enjoyable movie eventhou not much talking. But Juju said boring. Lolz.

After the movie its already 11+. So shiok to cycle on a souless road. But Juju still cycling slowly. Slower than her speed be4 she injured her toe. She still has the phobia within her.

Freedom/jobless once again

Today is my last day of work at Zzo Creative. Yap, I've quit. And now... is freedom again. Which means i'm jobless! My dear Juju came and find me after my work to have dinner together. Cuz i FINALLY can eat my loved food, after 1 mth of chickenpox. But still i cant touch seafood for another few wks i guess.

Juju n I travelled to Marina Sq for dinner. At 1st we decided to dine in Kenny Rogers, but after looking at its menu, we changed our mind. We then walked around finding a cheaper resturant. Finally we settled ourselves at Changing Appetite. I ordered donno wat steak dish n juju ordered donno wat Chicked dish. Both dishes r lesser than Kenny Rogers, and the food is gd. At least didnt disappoint us.

After dinner we walked the "Food Carnival" at Suntec. Its my 1st time been to such event. And its so disappointing. The food inside selling like the food from Pasa malam. Worst of all, the price is even ex than Masa malan wor. So bo liao. lol...

After tat, I sent Juju hm le. Cuz tml she still has to work. I stayed at her house for a while reading newspaper n playing her sis borrowed back de DSLite. Juju n i took turns to play the Mario Kart. So fun... And we'll be buying our own DSLite soon. Hhahahooo

Now is the seventh month of the lunar calendar... also my seventh month being with Baby. This time we didn't have a feast for this month. Baby started his work two days ago after recovering from chicken pox. He is totally fit for work but sadly he is still not "fit to eat" whatever he loves to have.

Mentioned about his work, he is really busy with all those projects and currently has been working overtime. We nearly couldn't meet last night. He was suppose to knock off at 7 so I went to run my errand while waiting for him. Called him after I was done but he was still not done so we decided to cancel our appointment. Definitely, I was quite disappointed and went to have Mac for my dinner. In the end, we still got to meet. He had his pork porridge and we had some desserts at Bugis.

The whole night, I can see that he wasn't enjoying. He didn't have the mood as well. He shared alot with me so.......... Baby, I hope that you continue sharing your happiness and unhappiness with me. And CHEER UP! I'm sure things will get better day by day.

Its already Aug 16. It has been quite some time since my last entry to our blog. As u all knew i'm having chicken pox. But its recovering now. Sad to say tat my face still cover with dry pox n pimples. Nvm time will heal.

So last night i cycled to Juju's house. We went to leisure Park to watch "Journey to the centre of the world" at 11.30pm. Its like been 2 weeks haven been to the cinema or shopping centre, n next Mon i'm gonna start work soon. So take this chance to catch a movie n see my Juju. Miss her alot. Miss her hugs n touch.

After the show its already 1am. We walked back to Juju's house instead of getting a cab. N theres also a mid night charge for it. Y bother to cab when my IXALION was at her house. I cycled all the way back smoothly with no traffic n ppl in the middle of the night of 7th month. So reached hm in no time. Sat n Sun i'll also cycle to c her. I juz love her.

I saw Dearie yesterday night...

It's really hurt when I saw his condition. I almost cry... can feel his discomfort and I MISS HIM LOTS... feeling like touching him and hugging him but I can't. Although we call each other everydays but it seems like I have more to tell him personally. He was standing behind the gate, passing me the camera that I need to return to his company. The distance upsets me...

Most of the spots are found on his face. That was really sad... because face is the part where he pays the most attention. I could see reddish patches on his neck too... but fortunately not many on his hands and legs. He couldn't sleep well due to the pain and itch he is experiencing. Poor him...

Chicken Pox Days

It's confirmed! My Dearie is having chicken pox. -_-

Last Saturday, he had been complaining body ache and feverish. Because these symptoms were mild and appeared more like he caught a cold so we didn't pay much attention to it. He popped couple of cold panadol before he slept that night.

The next day, he still felt feverish... we met that night for dinner and that was when I saw the first pox on his face. He even burst it as we thought it was just a normal oily spot.

It was............. on Monday, that I saw the biggest pox on his hand. And I seriously suspected that he is having chicken pox since he also said that he did not have it before. Under the light, I realised more spots on his hand and even his face. He even burst three spots that was on his face, not knowing that he is having chicken pox. I pray that no scar will leave on his face and body.

Dearie spent $130 on his consultation and medication... this is really shocking and by the way, he was only given a week MC which is totally insufficient. He just started work not long ago and now he felt really bad... but he gets to work from home. I hope this arrangement won't make him tired.

People usually said it's better to get chicken pox when one is young. When one is older, the pain and itch are quite unbearable. I got mine when I was seven. I couldn't remember how it was really like but this disease left a number of scars on my body. Sound scary, right? But my scars weren't very obvious.

Well, Dearie, I hope you get well soon and rest more. Speedy recovery! I can't wait to see you again, gonna miss you these days. I can't really visit him... why? you ask him... Take care!

NO! Not when Juju came and wait for me to knock off at my work place despite her injured big fat toe. I felt so relieve n happy the moment when i saw Juju waiting downstairs. Long time never see her eventhou i juz started working only 3 days.

We walked down to chinatown market to buy our shampoo, cuz they r cheaper than retail prices. Way cheaper i tell u. Then we went to Chinatown market to have our dinner. We ordered the usual fish head, kang kong n pig's organ soup. I only ate 1 bowl of rice, but the finishing of the fish head is full enough for me. Delicious dinner!

After our dinner, we slowly carried our big tummy to central shopping centre. Shopped awhile before we went to Coffee Talk to have a rest n drink. Sat about an hour then we went home.

Biking at East Coast

This was the 1st time Juju n i went to cycling at East Coast. We r not cycling on rented bikes. But our own bikes. My own IXALION. So the fun n excitment is more than going to EC n rent bikes n cycling ard. Even cycling from Juju's house to EC was fun.

We set off around 5pm. Reached EC already 5+ to 6pm. Still bright enough to c the ppl over there, the bikers, skaters, BBQ-ers, fisher, tent-ers. Its so interesting. Of cuz we wont let such a "happening" day wasted. We took pics wor. Hahahaooo..

We cycled almost till the end of EC, then cycled back to Lagoon for dinner. Ordered a few dishes with rice. Ate till full full n cycled back to Juju's house. Tiring but fun day. We'll be going to EC evey wk end to cycle. Yeah...

Six months together lor... :)

This entry comes a little late. I almost forgot how we celebrated our 6th month... Hehe! But after browsing through the photos, yeah! I remembered.

We had tim sum at Geylang Lorong 17. I missed the tim sum there... used to go there for lunch with ex-colleagues and dinner with girlfriends. We ordered fried chicken wing, steamed pork ribs, signature toufu, siew mai, shrimp dumpling and fried yee mee.

I love and enjoy eating and now I love to bring Baby to all the places I tried before.

Night time, AGAIN!!! STEAMBOAT!!! Haha! The usual place we went... Bugis Chong Jin.
Look good? How come I sound more like recommending good food? Hee!

Every month, I insisted to have photo session to keep for remembrance, not missing this month as well.

Biker Couple

It was only last Sat at Joleen's birthday BBQ at East Coast which i have only learnt how to cycle within 2 hrs. Thz To Dan n bike her bike on tat day for my learning. Yes till now i still turn when cycleing. And i still haven fully gain control of the bike. Anyway it juz a matter of time. Guess wat? I already bought myself a bike. So is Juju!

This pic was taken in the night which i went cycling with my Dear Juju. The red one is hers and the blue 1 is mine. Bought at Upper Boon Keng, my bike was actually priced at $138 n $75 but the uncle was friend n kind enough to give me at $128 n Juju $69. Plus the lock, so the total for 2 bikes is about $200+ .

Tat night we were half walking cycling with our bikes to the park near Kallang river. Cuz i still haven mastered cycling, so i cant really cycle when theres ppl walking towards my direction. Sorry for Juju whom has walked with me too.

When reached the park, it was quite dark n not many ppl as well. I can freely praticing my cycling. We didnt travel far. Juz cycling, adjusting our gears, chit-chatting n enojoying the night scene at the park before we head hm.

We departed at the cross junction between kallang n gelyang. Juju cycled her way back n i cycled mine. Heng, my route is deserted n wide, i can cycle way back. If not have to walk with it man.

I'm back to Blogging!

Last week was like a nightmare. Some things happened too sudden and everyone could not really accept. Now things are getting better... I believe soon it will be back to normal. I have Faith with DaddyGod's Love and Grace. Thank you! :)

Also, with my baby around, to support and love me, there's nothing to worry about. :) You are and will be always there for me, I know...

Last night, Baby and I met up for dinner and movie. We watched "Red Cliff"... well I was supposed to give it a miss but after listening to radio on how good the show is, I decided to watch it. And true enough, I was glad to have made that choice. Haha! I like the fighting scenes, very interesting and exciting. I know nothing about "三国演义", who's who... I seriously don't know but their names are familiar to me. Haha!! The ending made me frustrated... "To be continued"... now got to wait for the second part -_- which I heard is in Oct.

Oh yeah! Our dinner... I got my bonus this month so I gave Baby a treat. I would love to have buffet but we didn't have enough time yesterday. So sad... And I chose Cafe Cartel after going through their menu and Baby should at least try once. Anyway, I regretted, the food wasn't very nice. First few bites, it was tasty but after many bites, we got sick of it, the food were kinda of sweet. Take a look at what we ordered... They looks good, don't they?

Happening day

wa... yester is a day full of events n happening. Juju attended her sis grad. We met early afternoon at cine n watch Hellboy II at student's price. Hahahha. Hellboy II is nice.Its better than its sequel.

After the movie we went to Juju's hosue. She need to bathe, get some rest n take satays to Joleen's birthday BBQ at East Coast. Thx to her friend, Eric we got free ride to there. But still have to walk a distance till our pit.

The BBQ party was small. Only a handful of friends were invited. Anyway i prefer a smaller group. The fire starting was smooth. And soo, we started to BBQ our food. The food was awesome. I ate 1/2 way, n borrowed Dan's bicycle to learn how to cycle. Yes, i donno how to cycle. It took me one hr plus to learn how to cycle from all the falls. And YES... i finally know how to cycle despite all the cuts, blisters n blue black. But i still not v.zai. Need to go East Coast n rent a bike n retry again. I sweat like a pig while learning. Ma chiam at the gym. But was found n priceless.

The BBQ ended at around 11+, n we went KTV at chinatown. I didnt sing, only sat in the rm listening to them n watching the MTV. Got back hm 4am, wait till my hair dry its already 5am.

I went to meet Juju after my interview at Zzo Creative, which was located near Chinatown Sq. It was quite hard to find the studio, cuz it was on the 2nd floor of the house. No studio signboard or watever. Jus the studio logo on the mailbox. But still hopping i can manage to pass the interview n hire me.

Went to visit her aunt Venus in the hospital. But before tat i was so hungry n thirsty, so i stopped at the 7-11 in the hospital to buy one Big glup n one 4 pieces hotdog buns. We sat at the fountain nearby to eat n drink. To my surprise, i saw a folded $10 note on the marble seat. Then i looked down to the marble floor, WTF... got another 3 folded $10 notes on the floor. And i found a total of $40 in the hospital.

After eating we went to her aunt's ward. Juju's sis, her another aunt, aunt's ex-husband was already there. Aunt Venus is suffering a slight stroke on her half body n a loss of a certain of memory. So all of us were trying hard to regain her memory n her reflexes. I were surprise n glad tat she managed to remember my name all the way. But hope she will still remember my name the next time i visit her.

After staying with Venus till 8.15pm, Juju n i went to bedok 85 market to have our dinner. Hhahah of cuz i treat, cuz i found $40 wor. So we ordered, pig's organ soup with rice, stingray, kang kong vege, chicken wings n drinks. Happpily feasting while watching the tv from afar. Ate till so full tat i vomitted. Not the actuall vomiting. I vomit juz to let the gues out. Cuz i cant burp.
After dinner, we took bus home.

Flu... day

Not juz me, even my dear Juju also suffering from it. In fact she was on MC since yester. Luckily She got a 2 days MC. She not juz having the flu alone. She got cough n sore throat as well. Thx to her nasty heaty snacks. Those chocolate n biscuits. As for me, i think i kenna it becuz of late night slp. Hahhahaooo...

Anyway, Juju felt much more better today than yester. We went to PS to watch the jap movie "10 promises to my dog". The trailer is much more better than the movie itself. Part of the movie didnt focuz on the dog anymore. Nvm, only cost us $6 per tix.

After movie, we shop awhile in PS. We even saw Felicia Chin. She was wearing such a high heels shoes. No wonder looks so tall. After tat, we walked down to centre pt n then to Taka. Juz window shopping around. And finally settled ourselves at Wheellock's place BK.

After dinner, we had to go hm, cuz Juju was feeling abit "sick" again. N i bet she was already now asleep. Poor baby, Hope u'll feel better when reading this post.

Toy & Comic Convention day 2

Yap, its true. I went early in the morning again to the convention to get the white version of the bearbrick. Juju also at the Suntec early in the morning. She got her church service.

I went to CSC by cabs with my friends. I bought a boxed "SDCC'07 glow in the dark version" Glommy Bear for only $25. This piece was only sold in last yr SDCC. N i also To-fu for only $28, but the convention selling the same piece at $40. Those ppl should buy from CSC instead. We took cab back to Suntec after buying t meet my Juju for lunch. She was patiently waiting for my return after her church service.

We rushed back to get my glow in the dark Gloomy signed. Juju Q with me, n i took pic of her with the designer.

After the whole convention thing we went to Juju's house, cuz her sis, Jane juz bought Samsung Omnia phone. I went to play play awhile. Hope she'll get use of windows based phone. Tried the phone till 8+ then we put our new Glow in the dark gloomy bear for a test. And here's wat it looks in the dark.

After tat we walked down to the food market to have our dinner. I ordered mutton soup n rice. Juju had porriage. And we both share a plate of fried oyster. Enjoyed our weekend.

Toy & Comic Convention day 1

Juju only came to meet me in the convention hall in the after. Cuz i went early in the morning to Q for the 1,000 limited Bearbrick. We also bought ourselves a Gloomy bear Bearbrick for $15 n got it signed by Mori Chack, the creator of Gloomy Bear. After signing, we both went to Q for the 5pm freebie.

After getting the freebie which was the "Blank" to-fu, we went to Millenium Walk food court. I dumped out all the freebies which i got for the day, n Juju took photos of them all. Take alook.

We actually intend to watch "10 Promises" but no near by cinema showing. So we went to The Cathay to rent "Vampire Bats" DVD from gramaphone. Juju actually wanted to rent "HELLBOY" but was rented out. We walked down further to have Long John Silver. And we saw 2 couple teens playing their new Samsung Omnia phones. So lame. Nowadays even teens also started to use pocket pc phone. Its like donno how to use also buy juz for the sake of "I own it too". After our dinner, we went back to watch the DVD.

Toys & Comics Convention preview night

Ok, Juju already blog wat we have been doing before n after the Toys and Comic Convention. Now let me tell more on the event itself...

We arrived with so many ppl over there eventhou its only opened for VIPs n media. So we took a shot of the artists graffti wall before we were allow to go.

Once in, Nintendo was the 1st large booth we saw. Many ppl were trying out the DS & WII games. Baby n me only play awhile before we go roamed to other booths to explore. Booths on dolls, Designers' toys, local toys, comics n local toys shops were there.

Have fun for about 1 and a half hr before we went off. We bought nothing. But after the 3 days event, our greatest regret is not buying the the pink color gloomy bear n let it sign on the preview night. Cuz pink color was sold out on Sat, n other colors soon after.

Fun Friday

I took leave on Friday... just wanna relax. Hee! I made some chicken mayo sandwiches for Baby and we had that for our lunch. The whole Friday was packed with programs. Baby went to Mount Elizabeth to consult his doctor. We caught a movie - Wanted and made our way down to Far East. From there, we travelled to Suntec Convention Centre to attend the Singapore Toys and Comics Convention Preview Night. What a day!! Haha!

I realised a change in Baby... he is more used to taking photos now and taking more and more each time. Hee! I'm so happy!!

Dinner with Jane and Joawen

Both of us had a wonderful time with Joawen and Jane last Saturday. It was also a belated birthday treat for Joawen. We had steamboat (ya, again) and at the same place we had the last time. It's cheaper, nice and wide varieties of food choices. And it's so much fun to have more people eating together. This time, the soup base we chose was tom yam and chicken soup. Tom yam is very tasty, so much better than ma la soup base. You should try to cook tau pok with tom yam... Aiyo... I tell you... you will want more and more. Haha!

If I'm not wrong, this was Baby's second time having dinner with my two "lovely" sisters. I really appreciate and see his efforts of making small talks with them. Now he even asks them questions. He used to be very quiet and shy but now he learnt to open up. How nice... I'm enjoying every moments with him more and more each day. Love you!
